He submits that even otherwise, the Applicant has without prejudice deposited Rs.1,50,000/- in the Appellate Court i.e. Sessions Court during the pendency of his appeal. The Applicant was on bail pending trial as well as in the Appellate Court. Having perused the evidence, the Applicant has made out a case for suspension of his sentence and enlargement of bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of his aforesaid Revision Application. Considering the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the Applicant's sentence is suspended and he is enlarged on bail, pending the hearing and final disposal of his appeal, on the following terms and conditions :- ORDER i) The Applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R.
