The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner assures the court that the Amendment would be carried out within a period of one week from today. If the same is carried out, the office to proceed and place the petition for hearing. If the same is not carried out, the petition to stand dismissed for want of prosecution and thereupon all interim orders stand vacated without any reference to the court.
