Suit No. 804 of 2014. 3 Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averment made in civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. 4 Hence, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 10(i), which reads thus: "(i) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 35 days in filing the present application." 5 Civil application is disposed of accordingly.
