Admittedly the Appellant was allowed to use the property in question for a limited period of 11 months. The said period has expired long back. The property of which the Appellant was put in possession under the agreement belongs to the Government and the Government has power to resume the land. Both the Courts below have held that the Appellant has no right to continue in possession after a period of 11 months. No substantial question of law arises. The Second Appeal is dismissed with no order as to costs. Judge.
