Heard the learned senior counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The applicant is seeking bail in CR No.228 of 2007 of Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur. The said case is mainly under Section 376 of IPC. The learned counsel for the applicant stated that Ahetashyam Rafique Ahmed Momin has been granted bail by this Court and the case of the applicant is similar to that of the co-accused. This statement is not controverted by the prosecution, hence, I am inclined to grant bail to the applicant. The applicant-Imran Mohd.Aziz Shaikh to be released on bail in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.twenty five thousand only) with one or two sureties to make up the said amount.
