Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the decree is sought to be executed and in the event stay is not granted the residential house will be demolished even before the appeal is admitted. Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable returnable on 29th June, 2022. Parties to maintain status quo in respect of the subject structure till the next date of hearing.
