He states that the petitioner is ready to deposit amount of Rs.5,00,000/- before the learned Magistrate within one (1) week from today and remaining amount of Rs.5,00,000/- within two (2) weeks thereafter. The statement on behalf of the petitioner is accepted as undertaking. In view of the said statement, the arrest warrant issued against the petitioner shall not be executed. It is made clear that in case of failure of petitioner to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- before the learned Magistrate within one (1) week from today or remaining Rs.5,00,000/- within two (2) weeks thereafter, ad-interim relief granted earlier shall stand vacated without further reference to the court.
