Though 1 st to 4 th Respondents are duly served, none appears for them. Hence, limited ad-interim relief granted on 19 th Dixit September, 2005 deserves to be continued. Accordingly, Civil Application is disposed of by directing that the ad-interim relief granted on 19th September, 2005 shall continue to operate as an interim relief. [DR.
